Buttaface: A woman who has a great body and an unattractive face. Everything looks good on her but her face.

As you know, the Morsels Bloggity is the place to go if you want to see some pretty lady-drawings. Well, it looks like I'm about to ruin everything this blog stands for by posting this girl. Scott, Gary and Dean: Please forgive me.

Scribblings the Third

Hey look, Ma! I can post! So, here is the image that I'm using for the cover of my new sketchbook. The first is the original, full image, and the second, obviously, is the actual cover. You'll notice I hiked up Mandy's pants a bit for the cover...more 'seemly', I thought, though still funny/sexy. Agree? By the way, no copyright will be on the actual cover - this is just for posting.

I HATE Ugg Boots. Can someone tell me why these exist? This drawing was a first attempt to make peace with my hatred for these boots. Drawing things I hate is therapeutic somehow. Hence my love for drawing Gary 10 times a day :P

Over at The Drawing Board there's a new Drawing Jam going on. Kristin Kreuk is the subject this month. Who can resist drawing a girl named Kristin...or Kristen? ...ah that's such a great name don't ya think? :p

I was browsing through an older work file today and came across these two illustrations. Since they are so Morsely, I wanted to share them again.

Fragdolls France

This is a freelance job I recently did for the gamer girl team called Fragdolls. They are the French division. One tough part about these kind of jobs is I tend to go more stylized and the girls themselves sometimes expect spot on likenesses. So, in the end I kind of set my usual approach aside and tackle things more realistically like the hair, creases in the pants, etc etc. They also pick all their clothing, which helps out alot.

....This is what happens when the last thing I saw today (before I left for school) was a great batch of cool drawings by the insanely talented/inspiring Robin "Pepe" Mitchell! His drawings are sooooooooo Cool! Don't you think? I'm still working on this sketch and I hope to do a color version of it soon.


...and here's a little oekaki drawing I did the other night. I've been wanting to draw a girlie with Cotton Candy Hair for the longest time ever since I posted this pink haired girlie on my sketch-blog a while back.

Farmgirl

Here is the initial sculpt of Farmgirl. This beauty was sculpted by Tony Cipriano. There will be a few minor tweaks before she is sent off to the manufacturers. Her face needs some slight alterations, hands slimmed down some, and we're thinking a checkered shirt will be better. What do you all think, do you like this shirt or do you think a checkered shirt would be better? The edition size of this statue will be less than the Sinful Lady. This run will be between 250 and 300.

I've been really busy this past week but I did manage to turd this out. I just installed CS2 on my home computer tonight so I thought I'd throw some color on this har lass.

I figured I'd get out my markers and pencils again after seeing Kristen's wine girl. I can use alot more practice, but figured I'd post this since I drew this girl just for this blog. I wish I had gone more cartoony with her. Next time.

Hello Wine-O

Hello blogger friends! I'm Kristen and this is my first post. I am so excited to be a part of The Morsel's Bloggery! What a talented bunch of guys to share this blog with!

I thought I should post something before I leave for my Spring-Break trip to tropical St. Louis, MO. ha! I drew this Wine-O girl last weekend but I just finished coloring her tonight.
